After a break I will be working for Yandex, the Russian search and

I am now working for Yandex, and they have joined W3C. So I represent them
in this (and other) Working Group(s).

As of 9/24 I will no longer be affiliated with Google. Since I've been using my @google.com address for most electronic communication, and that will change, there should be no confusion. This is just an FYI.
